The ZHX-A30D is a high-speed in-line axial insertion machine featuring a fully computerized English interface for user-friendly operation. Capable of four different insertion directions (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°), the system supports a wide range of layout requirements. It integrates precision ball screw drives with AC servo motors to deliver positioning accuracy below 0.001 mm, while the machine vision system with multi-fiducial alignment ensures precise placement. Its all-in-one structure includes a built-in sequencing model, eliminating the need for adhesive tape during component sequencing, resulting in significant cost reduction. The machine also features an independent jumper feeding mechanism that adjusts the feed length according to actual insertion pitch.
