RIVETING MACHINES

GUILLEMIN FRANCE is a world renowned specialist in Orbital and Radial riveting and crimping, as well as in the automated assembly of parts , since 1911. With more than 15 000 assembly machines installed all over the world, GUILLEMIN has the widest range of riveting machines on the market, from standard riveting machines up to automated assembly lines for large series of production. The manufacturing of the machines is done according to European standards. Machines intended for exportation are made according to the standards in force in the destination country.

Guillemins range of more than 80 standard riveting machines enable us to offer the orbital or radial assembly technology most adapted to your product. These two riveting processes are being introduced hereafter.By riveting, we understand the cold flow deformation of a rivet in order to create a head so as to keep several parts assembled together. The rivet can be an axis or an eyelet.

Orbital Riveting

GUILLEMIN Orbital Riveting machines

Riveting Spindle motorized by asynchronous motor

  • Frame high rigidity
  • Motion of the thrust by pneumatic cylinder or hydraulic cylinder
  • Adjustable stroke of the spindle by vernier adjustment (50 micrometer)
  • Riveting with high accuracy less than 1/10 mm
Radial Riveting

GUILLEMIN Radial Riveting machines

Radial pneumatic or hydraulic riveting machines, multi purpose, perfect for small and medium series. Power from 100 to 5000 DaN.

  • Riveting Spindle motorized by asynchronous motor
  • Frame high rigidity
  • Motion of the thrust by pneumatic cylinder or hydraulic cylinder
  • Adjustable stroke of the spindle by vernier adjustment (50 micrometer)
  • Riveting with high accuracy less than 1/10 mm
  • Programmable logic controller
Assembly and riveting lines Full automatic

Special purpose machines / Assembly and riveting lines Full automatic

The loading of components is done automatically by bowl feeders or by robots, or in a semi-automatic procedure by an operator. Components are then assembled automatically at every stage of the process, with a final crimping of the part to obtain an impregnable assembly.
