The Aquastorm’s appropriately sized modules and strategic manifold placement increase throughput while ensuring thorough removal of contaminants.
The wet chemical isolation module is powered by the recirculating rinse pump to ensure optimal prerinsing. Even the exhaust is separated between the wet and dry modules to minimize chemical migration through the system.
The key to the Aquastorm is the utilization of mixed spray technologies including high-impact force for tight spaces, oscillating action for low pressure applications and complete flooding action for high pressure applications.

Aquastorm 60 offers high-end performance capabilities as would expect from the Aquastorm brand name. For both straight DI and chemistry based cleaning applications the total length is 9’ 10” (3009 mm).
The Aquastorm 60 provides an in-line technology based solution that is capable of removing all flux residues and contaminants from lead and lead-free processes including rosin, no-clean, and water soluble type applications.
The Aquastorm 60 is available in our textured scratch resistance polypropylene. A standard feature includes our quick connect seamless stainless steel plumbing in all wet sections and a stainless steel drain line.

The Aquastorm 50 batch cleaner utilizes technologies that are common to the Aquastorm 100 and 200 in-line cleaners and offered in a batch footprint.
The Aquastorm 50 wash fluid delivery system utilizes multiple jet impact cleaning (JIC) sprays that create a web of omni-directional dynamic energy to remove flux residue.
The Intelligent Rinse Control feature guarantees desired conductivity of rinse water through continuous monitoring and control of the rinse process while maximizing water conservation. Each cycle can be user defined by cleanliness of rinse water (board cleanliness of 1 µS) or by the number of cycles.

The Aquastorm FSM (Free Standing Module) is a free standing additional wash section that can be added to any existing in-line cleaning process.
The Aquastorm FSM is designed to add complete process flexibility. Available for a ‘straight DI’ or ‘chemical wash with chemical isolation’ processes, the Aquastorm FSM provides that additional process flexibility without time and expense to convert your existing cleaner and/or replacing your existing cleaning process.

The FSM can significantly reduce the time required to convert processes in a single wash configuration cleaner.
The Aquastorm FSM utilizes identical technology with the same set of options as the Aquastorm 100 in-line cleaning series. The cabinet is available in textured scratch resistant polypropylene while quick connect seamless stainless steel plumbing in all wet sections and a stainless steel drain line are standard features.

The MicroCel Centrifugal cleaning system provides high-performance, complete cleaning of electronic circuit assemblies, precision parts, medical devices, wafers, and advanced packages including flip chips, MCMs, SIPs, BGAs, CSPs, and hybrid electronics.
Centrifugal energy, produced when parts are rotated inside a sealed process chamber, provides thorough penetration, solubilization, and contaminant removal when couple with appropriate cleaning chemistries.
Products cleaned in the MicroCel are held in place and secured to the robot head using either universal adjustable fixtures, standard magazines/carriers, or custom fixtures specific to the product type.
It can store and retrieve up to 50 recipes and has adjustable programming, configurable alarms, and the option to manage recipes remotely via an Ethernet link. The new graphical user interface enables flexible recipe generation and the performance of 20 operational steps.
